Howell, Trice, Hope and Files, P.A. is a successor to a law partnership initially founded by the late Senator Max Howell in 1955. Senator Howell served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1946-1950 and in the Arkansas State Senate from 1950-1992.

The firm is litigation oriented and offers a broad range of legal services to its clients who consist of individuals, partnerships, corporations, limited liability corporations and governmental entities. Members of the Firm practice before all State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, as well as, State and Federal administrative Agencies.

Members of the firm are active in professional associations and have appeared as lecturers in continuing legal education courses.
